While COVID-19 has changed the way we operate, your health and safety remain our highest priority.

During uncertain times we’re here as usual for you or a loved one, you’re never on your own. Our friendly and professional team are on hand 24/7, 365 days across all branches and will continue to serve our community.  

We understand how concerning it can be to travel during the coronavirus pandemic and want to reassure you that we have implemented enhanced protections to keep you safe.

We are taking the following precautionary measures to safeguard our drivers and customers:

• We are asking drivers and customers to follow UK government and NHS guidelines and if you have symptoms of coronavirus, you should stay at home and self-isolate. 
•  Our cars are regularly cleaned and drivers disinfect surface areas before and after every journey. 
•  All our Happicabbers are provided with protective gear – gloves, masks and hand sanitisers. We only allow 2 passengers per car, 4 passengers per MPV and 6 passengers per minibus to enforce the social distancing rules. 
• We will not allow any passengers to sit in the front seat. Sorry in advance if you can’t sit in your favourite seat! 
•  We have fitted protective screens throughout our fleet to make travelling safer. The screens divide the front and back of the taxi so the driver and passenger are separated. 
•  There are safety precaution stickers outside and inside our vehicles to remind passengers on what to do before boarding the car and throughout the journey to protect themselves, driver and future passengers. 
•  Contactless delivery service. On arrival to your home, the driver will leave the delivery on your doorstep and retreat to a safe distance.We will continue to monitor the situation and follow advice issued by the UK Government and NHS.
