We are currently recruiting for a friendly, hardworking call centre agents and dispatchers to work within our busy 24 hour Customer Contact Centre in Writtle, Chelmsford (CM1 3ST). This role will require flexibility to work across a range of shift patterns which will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays to cover our hours to meet 24/7 demand.
This is the ideal role for someone with a passion for customer service, who is comfortable within a fast-paced environment, and who has the personality to complete sales and promote our brand positively. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be liaising with other departments to provide two-way communication in a professional, courteous and prompt manner. Effectively working with customer care teams on issues that require attention and providing a timely resolution to any issues or queries.
You will be responsible handling all customer bookings such as telephone enquiries, email bookings, web and app bookings.
Dealing with both new and existing customers
Converting quotes provided into sales
Problem solving and dealing with difficult calls and customers
Providing a friendly professional service and promoting our brand in a positive manner
Taking a high volume of calls during busy times
Associated administrative duties
Deal with enquires from drivers and highlight significant issues to the Management Team.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Administrative experience preferably within a contact centre environment
Able to understand bespoke systems and be proficient in all Microsoft Office Products
Excellent customer service skills
Calm, professional manner
Target driven and motivated
Friendly, hardworking and able to work as part of a team
Full-time or Part-time available – Various hours
The role pays between £MW and £11.00 per hour. Company benefits include of holidays, overtime and team evenings out.
