Internal Recruiter

We are hiring an Internal Recruiter to join Happicabs, Essex’s fastest growing ride hailing service.

In this role, you will primarily be focusing on Driver Recruitment in the Taxi, Private Hire and Courier market. You will be building relationships with candidates working within the driving and delivery sector and encourage them to join our ride hailing business.

The role of the Internal Recruiter is fast-paced, varied and rewarding. You will be working closely with the directors of the business and their operations team. Tenacity, confidence, self-motivation and resilience are key requirements for the role. Good written and communication skills are essential.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Responsible for talent acquisition road map for Happicabs

· Sourcing, selling, interviewing, closing, reference checking and register driver applications

· Working independently to grow and proactively source candidates through internet research, networking, cold calling and market presence

· Organise and hold regular driver recruitment open days and webinars

· Supporting the business in other areas of recruitment by writing job adverts, sourcing and shortlisting suitable candidates for hiring managers

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

· 1+ year experience as a Resourcer or Recruiter

· Computer literate

· Self-confident and self-motivated

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Happy to work independently to Resource and manage recruitment projects

39 hours per week

£23-£26k p.a. + commission
